MBSR has turned my life around 180 degrees. I have learned to be “present” in the moment, to be responsive instead of being reactive, and to find stillness in chaos. To have access to someone in our own community who can make such an impact is amazing. Micki Fine has all of the ingredients that make her a great teacher: extensive knowledge and experience, passion for her subject matter and a kind, caring, generous heart. I have attended other types of MBSR trainings, some taught by nationally recognized leaders, and I can honestly say that I have learned more from Micki than all of the others combined.
