Equanimity is about greeting each moment fully, no matter what, with an open and responsive heart. It’s a skill like mindfulness and compassion, that can be trained and cultivated. In this 6-week course we will explore what equanimity is and isn’t, the effects of equanimity and how to develop it in our lives more deeply.
