An 8-week MBSR course

MBSR teaches more than can be quickly described. In essence, we'll explore and practice formal mindfulness meditation as well as making mindfulness an integral part of your life. Through the practice you can open to your life as it is and learn to hold it in compassion, joy and equanimity.
