It is through life’s challenges that we grow; therefore, opening to and accepting difficult emotions is a prerequisite to transformation and healing. The radically different approach of not suppressing or fighting emotions can help us befriend them and offer ourselves our own kind understanding. This workshop offers a day of instruction, practice, and discussion, which can help us learn to intentionally focus, without judgment, on moment-to-moment experience.
