Loving-kindness meditation is likened to watering seeds in a garden, in this case, the seeds of loving-kindness. It is practiced by offering blessings and well-wishes to yourself and then others. Our Loving-Kindness Group is designed for graduates of our MBSR courses or other mindfulness training. We will meet for six sessions conducted by Micki Fine, M.Ed., L.P.C., founder of Mindful Living, certified mindfulness meditation instructor and licensed counselor in Houston, Texas and will be held from 1:30 -3:30 p.m. The cost for the group is $200.
