Mindfulness Meditation Course

This Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction course consists of 8 weekly sessions, each lasting 2 1/2 hours. In addition to practicing mindfulness meditation, the course provides support for the participants in fostering a daily meditation practice, and discussion about how to integrate mindfulness into various aspects of every-day life. There is a day-long silent retreat in the sixth week of the class to help participants deepen their meditation practice.
