Our Mindfulness Meditation Group

 

is designed for graduates of our MBSR courses and/or other mindfulness training. 

The support of shared meditation can deepen practice and open to the fullness of your experience. Group meditation has some unique benefits.  Here are six reasons to consider joining us.

  1. Everything is better when shared—including meditation.
  2. Meditating with a group helps to develop a habit.
  3. Feedback is available.
  4. Joining a group is actually physically good for us.
  5. Be a part of the bigger picture.
  6. There is power in numbers.
 

The next group will meet for 7 sessions on Saturdays from June 10th - August 26th, 2017.  We will meet from 10:30 a.m. until noon.  The cost for this group is $175.  Each 1.5 hr. session will begin with 45 minutes of mindfulness meditation followed by practice discussion/instruction to deepen awareness and understanding.

Meeting dates: 

  • June 10th & 24th
  • July 8th, 15th & 29th
  • August 12th & 26th

All sessions will be conducted by Micki Fine, M.Ed., L.P.C., founder of Mindful Living, certified mindfulness meditation instructor and licensed counselor in Houston, Texas.
