A daylong retreat called the Day of Mindfulness. This all day retreat will be held the Saturday after your 6th class. (We already have you registered.)
As mentioned before please be sure to join us for an orientation session before your course begins. Attendance is required in order to participate in the 8-week mindfulness meditation course. (You may skip the introduction if you already have prior experience in mindfulness training with Micki Fine.)
