Sit, stretch and share with a group of dedicated practitioners who want to connect deeply with
themselves and others.
Structure of the group: 45 minutes of practice after which there will be time for processing and
sharing in dyads and then with the entire group. We will practice mindfulness, loving-kindness
and equanimity practices. This dedicated practice group will include two Days of Mindfulness
(day-long retreats). The first retreat will be held on October 22nd and second on March 4th!
All sessions will be held at Mindful Living and conducted by Micki Fine. We are located at 3701 Kirby Drive, Suite 890, Houston, Texas 77098 (map)with the exception of the Days of Mindfulness.
Timing: The group will meet approximately every other week on Saturdays from noon to 1:30 p.m. from Sept. 2016 through May 2017. The long-term nature of the group is to facilitate a safe, connected and an environment in which we can deeply connect over time. The cost is $570.
