The Day of Mindfulness - a day-long retreat
This day-long retreat is open and appropriate for beginners and veteran meditators alike. We will experience mindfulness sitting, walking, and loving-kindness meditations, as well as mindful yoga. The meditations will have enough guidance to allow people of all levels of meditation practice to attend.
