Micki's belief in the power of one's inherent goodness and capacity for healing strongly influences her work with people experiencing depression, anxiety and chronic health difficulties.
Her intention is to create a warm, supportive space that helps people to feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, relationships, and feelings. Mindfulness is the basis for her therapeutic services. Healthy, positive change results from being able to experience what is happening in the current moment. When you know where you are, you begin to know where you really want to go. Acceptance opens the door to healing. She will collaborate with you to help you open to your inner resources through cultivating mindful awareness and compassion. Learn what others have to say about mindfulness training with Micki.
