You are welcomed to attend any of our free introduction sessions to explore mindfulness and learn about our classes and events. You do not have to sign up to come to any of the sessions listed below. . . simply drop in.

Attendance at one of our introduction sessions is required in order to participate in the 8-week mindfulness meditation course. You may skip the introduction if you already have prior experience in mindfulness training with Micki Fine.
