Mindfulness is synergistic with virtually any psychotherapy. Combining mindfulness
with psychotherapy may help you use more fully the opportunity
for inner exploration that your therapy offers.

...for our on-going Meditation Group for Mental Health Professionals.
The intention of this group is to deepen awareness and compassion through an already established (even if it's newly established) meditation practice. It will include minimal instruction. We will begin each session with a 45 minute meditation and then discuss what emerges from that. With this process we can awaken and open more fully to our humanity so that we can offer the same to our clients.
Meeting dates for 2011-12: September 9th & 23rd
October 7th & 21st November 4th & 18th December 2nd & 16th January 20th February 3rd & 17th March 2nd & 16th April 6th & 20th May 4th & 18th
