Practicing meditation in a group can be an important way to deepen your practice. The group support provides an experience of being a part of something beyond ourselves, a sense of community and connection. Each session will include mindfulness meditation & discussion. The meditation will have instruction and guidance so it's appropriate for everyone. The room will be set up with both meditation cushions & traditional western chairs with back support. No previous meditation experience, special clothing or equipment is necessary. In addition - no reservation is required, simply drop-in and join us.

We will meet Tuesday evenings from 6 - 6:45 p.m. at

You can pay for the group as you go - a suggested donation is $1- $30.00.
